Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has voiced frustration over some actors failing to promote movies despite being paid successfully for their roles.
Naija Recordsdata reports that she shared her thoughts on Instagram, addressing colleagues who search records from high costs to superstar in her movies however conclude no longer strengthen the projects when they are released.
Nkechi Blessing explained that while she respects actors charging their fee, problems come up when the film comes out, and so that they act as if they labored for free, refusing to promote the movie on their platforms.
She warned that such behaviour can lead to extreme disputes.
Nkechi made it determined that she expects actors to make a contribution to a film’s visibility after being paid, including that neglecting this accountability is unacceptable.
She wrote: “I’m no longer asserting that you might also serene no longer fee 3 million naira to be in my movie, oh yes fee your fee.. But you explore the place apart me and you lag bag enviornment? Na when film reach out you act love convey na free you reach work!!!! to even post movie for your web bellow so your followers can stare, na battle… Me and you lag reach police self-discipline.. So better retain away from my money now to retain away from stories that contact.
