Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has been taken to court over an alleged non secular “deliverance” utilized on a schoolgirl, with a human rights attorney searching for ₦200 million in damages for alleged violation of the youngster’s rights.
The lawsuit was once filed on the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, by human rights attorney Ikechukwu Obasi on behalf of a minor stated to be a Junior Secondary Faculty 1 student in Durumi II, Abuja.

The swimsuit alleges that the incident violated the youngster’s classic rights to dignity and privateness, arguing that the act exposed the minor to public humiliation, stigma and psychological trauma.
Obasi is asking the court to characterize that the alleged ritual constituted degrading medications and to mutter the actress to rob away the video and photos from social media platforms.
The attorney is additionally searching for ₦200 million in damages, a public apology in nationwide newspapers, and a court mutter restraining the actress from conducting identical non secular rituals appealing kids.
