The Nollywood industry has been thrown into mourning following the death of outmoded actor, Duro Michael.
Twinny News reports that Nollywood producer, Stanley Ontop, announced Michael’s demise in a put up on his Instagram page.
Stanley said Michael reportedly passed away about a days ago after battling a terminal illness.
He wrote: “Nollywood actor Duro Michael had kicked the bucket. He died about a days ago after battling a terminal illness… may perhaps presumably well presumably his soul rest in peace. Omo, it’s neatly ooo. We no dey abet ourselves on this Nollywood, and it’s too pass… No synergy.”
In 2022, Micheal, who had been bedridden for a while, received ₦5 million in financial enhance from Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin against his medication, even supposing his situation worsened.
In 2024, Michael appealed to producers for financial assistance and to proceed casting him in movies.
