Nollywood actress, Wumi Toriola, has reconciled with extinct filmmaker, Afeez Owo, following their heated swap on social media.
Twinny News remembers that Wumi publicly criticised Afeez in September for discussing her character all the plan thru an interview on the African A-List podcast.
Afeez had acknowledged the actress’s roles in movies were “akin to her character in staunch lifestyles”, in conjunction with that “violence is her comfort zone”.
The thespian clarified that Wunmi doesn’t tolerate nonsense and would react to points each time folks push her.
In response, Wumi, in a put up shared on her Instagram web page, berated Afeeze, describing the interview as rubbish and puzzled why every rift would possibly perhaps perhaps be dragged to a podcast.
She acknowledged, “So must restful we also slip and rent a husband to preserve the mic and shatter things? The person this sub is for is conscious of it already. You’re an elder, please cease this.
“Must every rift now be dragged to podcasts? They gave you a mic, and also you began talking rubbish. They gave you pepper soup, and also you began blabbing. Am I a inflamed lady? Will I lash out if folks don’t offend me? Respect I ever insulted you earlier than? Despite your whole miserable behaviours, I restful appreciate you.”
Nevertheless, Wunmi and Afeeze reconciled on Wednesday evening on the film premiere of their colleague, actor Odunlade Adekola.
In a now-viral video, Wumi approached Afeez, knelt and apologised for insulting him.
She acknowledged, “I’m sorry, sir. Please forgive me”.
Afeez, who firstly tried to encourage some distance from her, lifted her after she went on her knees and hugged her.
