Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, is mourning the loss of her mother, whose passing she announced on Tuesday.
The actress shared the heartbreaking files on Instagram with a candlelight picture against a broken coronary heart background, captioned: “R.I.P Mum.”
The announcement has since drawn an outpouring of condolence messages from colleagues, fans, and well-wishers in the leisure trade.
Actress Iyabo Ojo wrote; “So sorry ore, could per chance also merely her light soul relaxation in ultimate peace.”
Controversial crossdresser Idris Olanrewaju also commented: “Sorry sis.”
Other Nollywood stars including Dayo Amusa, Motilola, Bolanle Ninalowo, Omowunmi Ajiboye, and Tayo Faniran expressed their sympathy, praying for the repose of her mother’s soul and strength for the actress in this sophisticated time.
