Award-a success Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, popularly identified as Mr P, has declared he’s jumpy of poverty and being broke.

Naija Recordsdata studies that Mr P, at some stage in an interview in a peculiar episode of the Nancy Isime Level to, said he isn’t jumpy of loss of life.

Recounting his childhood experiences, the singer said his family’s rented single-room home and used to be demolished after the owner sold the property.

Mr P emphasised that he had tasted poverty and he doesn’t take care of to return to it.

He said, “I am not jumpy of loss of life. The most attention-grabbing component I am jumpy of on this lifestyles is poverty, of being broke.

“We had been residing in a boys’ quarter, me, my mum, my dad, all of us. The total family, six boys and two girls residing in a one-bedroom home. They’d to divide the room with a curtain. So, the owner had sold the compound, we had been making an strive to plead to salvage a whereas to conception our relocation after which a bulldozer came and began demolishing the home whereas we had been quiet within the constructing.”
