Nollywood actress, Liz DaSilva, has disclosed how she nearly had an accident right by technique of a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan.

Naija Files reports that an MRI uses sturdy magnets to capture detailed photos of the body.

Metal objects are strictly prohibited right by technique of the scan as they’ll also be pulled by the magnet, inflicting peril or affecting outcomes.

In a video she shared on Instagram on Tuesday, the actress defined that she nearly forgot to eradicate a steel pin hidden in her wig earlier than getting into the machine.

Consistent with her, she used to be nearly prepared to enter the MRI machine when she realised that she had pins interior her wig.

“Yes. Some issues will possess to be posted on social media. For parents to know where to step on and where no longer to step on. I had an appointment this morning for 10.40am. And I also possess one other appointment for 2pm. I had my hair carried out. On getting to my appointment, it’s an MRI appointment. When I got in, I used to be tremulous. And I made it known to the person attending to me that I used to be tremulous,” she acknowledged.

The actress defined that the attendant tried to reassure her, adding that she took off her earrings, bra and waist beads and even requested for assistance to eradicate her chain.

“I used to be nearly prepared to head in. But I remembered that there is pins in my hair. There is pins in my wig. So, I had to love a flash remind her that my wig has pins. She acknowledged, oh, I used to be about to search data from you,” Liz added.

Breaking down in tears, Liz acknowledged in Yoruba: “The truth is, God saved me, I will reveal it boldly, wherever. I’m no longer ashamed, I’m no longer anxious. I’m saying it because I in actuality possess so considerable belief in You.

“What would possess befell? If God had no longer safe me, who knows where I’d possess gone, perchance even died. I’d possess gone in. Whatever desired to happen, would possess befell.”
