The Deejays Association of Nigeria (DJAN) has pushed aside experiences about banning the music of Grammy-awarding singer, Burna Boy, from playlists following a most recent bodily altercation between him and DJ Tunez.
Twinny News experiences that the DJAN National President, Prince Akim Edeh, in an announcement issued on Thursday, described the experiences as fraudulent and misleading, advising media platforms to cease spreading the falsehood.
The association distanced itself from the experiences and condemned the unauthorised employ of its model to beef up the misleading claims.
DJAN maintained that the association is monitoring ongoing investigations into the incident and remains committed to fostering a wholesome music setting.
The association additionally revealed that DJ Tunez is no longer a registered member of DJAN, adding that it did no longer ban Burna Boy’s music and has no procedure of doing so.
